Packs crunch Corn & Beans
This sub-breed differs from pure Cusco Giant corn in that its kernels have a pattern of red lines on the pericarp. It is consumed especially parboiled. Kuski corn comes from the inter-Andean valleys of Cusco, where the breed is found in its purest form, cultivated by small farmer families. It is selected, dehydrated and packaged in our plant in Cusco.
